Here is a sample of what you can find in La Perle des Dieux shop in Les Sables d'Olonne in Vendée, France. The nice pictures on the cans are only for Sardines Millesimées. One each year with a special ad you can see in the back. There is a new range this year with fileted sardines in water with Muscadet wine, chili or lemon sauces… But this brand is famous because of their Label Rouge, where you have the name of the ship and the date of capture of the sardines, certified by both the captain and the owner of the sardinery. It needs a special vote in Brussels to get this european label for sardines !
